TACROLIMUS (VINGRAF) CAPSULE – TREATMENT FOR ORGAN REJECTION IN TRANSPLANT PATIENTS
Vingraf Capsule is used in conjunction with other medications to keep your body from rejecting a new organ (such as a liver, kidney, or heart) following a transplant. It accomplishes this by weakening your body’s immune system, preventing it from attacking the new organ. This medication is an immunosuppressant, which is a type of medication.
The dosage and frequency with which you take Vingraf Capsule vary on the type of transplant you have, your body weight, and any other medications you are taking.
Vingraf Capsule is a type of drug known as an immunosuppressant. When your immune system perceives the new organ as an invader and attacks it, this is referred to as organ rejection.

Vingraf Capsule is an immunosuppressive medication. It works by suppressing your body’s immunological reaction following an organ transplant (e.g., liver, kidney, heart). This assists your body in accepting the replacement organ as if it were your own.
SIDE EFFECTS OF TACROLIMUS (VINGRAF) CAPSULE
The majority of adverse effects do not necessitate medical treatment and will go away as your body adjusts to the medication. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you are concerned.

- Driving
Vingraf Capsule may impair your alertness, impair your vision, or cause you to feel drowsy and dizzy. If you have any of these symptoms, do not drive.
- Kidney
In patients with kidney problems, Vingraf Capsule should be used with caution. Vingraf Capsule dosage may need to be adjusted. Please consult your physician.
- Liver
In patients with liver illness, Vingraf Capsule should be used with caution. Vingraf Capsule dosage may need to be adjusted. Please consult your physician.
- Pregnancy
Vingraf capsules may be dangerous to use when pregnant. Although there has been little human research, animal studies have revealed detrimental consequences on the growing fetus.
