Inhaler Budesonide 100mcg Budecort is used to prevent the symptoms of asthma (wheezing and shortness of breath). It is a steroid that is used as a “preventer.” You will also need an effective “reliever” because this drug will not stop an asthma attack that has already begun.
How Budesonide 100mcg Inhaler can be used?
Budesonide Inhaler Budecort is important that you take the smallest amount required to adequately control your asthma. The effect of this drug may be noticeable after a few days, but it will be at its peak after about a month. This prescription must be used on a regular basis in order to be effective, so continue taking it even if you don’t have any negative effects. There are no indications that the drug is doing its job. If you stop taking it, your asthma may deteriorate.
Side effects of Budesonide 100mcg Inhaler
Tell your doctor if you have tuberculosis, any contaminations in your mouth or lungs, or liver disease before using this drug. You may be more susceptible to infectious infections while taking it, so avoid people who have colds or influenza. If you use this medication for an extended period of time, it may develop frail bones (osteoporosis) and eye damage (glaucoma or waterfalls).
