BETAXOLOL (OPTIPRES) DROP – TREATMENT OF GLAUCOMA
betaxolol Patients with visual hypertension and some types of glaucoma who have elevated intraocular pressure (high tension inside the eye) may benefit from the use of Optipres Drop. Reducing the production of liquid and lowering the risk of vision failure, it decreases the strain on the eye.
How to Betaxolol 0.5 Optipres Drop will be used?
Prior to using Optipres Eye Drop, always wipe up. Use only the number of drops that your PCP has recommended, and wait five minutes between each drop. If you wear fragile contact lenses, take them out before applying the drops, and hang tight for about 15 minutes before putting them back on. Wait for around 10 minutes before using it, assuming you are also using another eye medicine.
Common Side Effects of this Drop.
The most well-known side effects are blurred vision, ocular discomfort or pain, watery eyes, and migraine. Other, less common side effects affecting various body parts exist; some of these effects may be real as Optipres Eye Drop is kept in the primary flow. Read the medication’s accompanying pamphlet, and if any unintended side effects upset you, consult your primary care physician.
Precautions:-
If you have severe COPD, severe asthma, or a real heart disease, you shouldn’t use this drug. If you have or have had a heart condition, cardiovascular collapse, diabetes, breathing problems, an overactive thyroid or liver, or a kidney infection, let your PCP know.
